"The Oath" is a bit of a strange episode when it comes to parsing out the details of the NFL deal and how it ties in with everything...Here's hoping that by next week, Billions is back to the chaotic pace that's defined some of the show's best episodes. The episode ends with the season's first direct confrontation between Chuck and Axe...Billions has smartly handled their relationship like Al Pacino and Robert De Niro's in Heat, allowing their cat-and-mouse game to play out separately.
