In each episode, he meets with two investor teams who have bought fixer uppers to flip, from traditional family homes in the suburbs to historic downtown row houses. After he weighs the pros and cons of each house, Scott picks the one with the most potential. He offers his money, time and resources to complete the renovation, working alongside his new partners to remove walls, add modern kitchens and bathrooms, and freshen curb appeal.
