The real estate market in Florida is so strong, investors are purchasing homes virtually sight unseen. They are completely unaware of potential problems like a noisy location, an awkward layout, dated finishes, and a landscaping jungle that could turn a quick flip into a budget-busting debacle. But the experienced professionals on "Flip Wars" rely on their network of agents, diligent research and instincts to acquire properties they think are steals. Then they renovate the homes from top to bottom and sell them for a hefty profit.
