The predictable series invites viewers to watch how a trio of once-famous single men participate in a dating experiment in which potential partners compete against each other for their attention. Go to Full Review

Natasha L @RT21998665 Aug 9 Now that I’ve watched the full season, I can give a complete review. What stood out most was Tyson Beckford’s hypocrisy—he judged Sara harshly for her past with R. Kelly, yet he himself dated Shanina Shaik in 2008 when she was only 17 and he was 37. That contradiction alone undercuts his credibility on Kings Court. The show itself falls short of expectations and feels inauthentic, particularly in Tyson’s portrayal. While Thaddeus and Carlos came across as genuine, Tyson weakened the cast with behavior that was immature, shallow, and attention-seeking. He quickly dismissed any woman who called him out, making it clear he wasn’t there for love, but for validation. What makes it even more disappointing is that the casting of the women was excellent—they were strong, dynamic, and truly deserved a better option than Tyson. By giving him a spot, the show took that opportunity away from a real king who might have been ready for genuine love. The premise of the show has promise, but when one of the central figures lacks authenticity, it drags the entire experience down. King’s is Very disappointing 😢. I’m also very disappointed with Holly & Pete for multiple reasons. I thought they’d have class and sincerely promote Love with honesty & fairness. When shouldn’t have to chase men. I’m sorry but none of those men are ready or even worthy at this point. See more Read all reviews
