Because medicine has made gigantic leaps since then, the show does seem dated. But seen in the context of its time, it is remarkable that the series addressed contentious topics such as abortion in the pre-Roe vs. Wade days. Go to Full Review

There's precious little in the way of character development when it comes to the doctors. All they knew was that they liked and trusted the guy, and we do, too, which is why you can still get a lot of enjoyment out of watching this series in 2010. Go to Full Review
