The show stacks the deck in Margo’s favor, lending it a preaching-to-the-choir quality that’s well-meaning but never lets you forget its agenda. Go to Full Review

There are so many strong performances here, and so many rich characters, that it's riveting from start to finish. And in between those two points is one wild, and brazen, emotional ride. Go to Full Review

For a dully cynical take on the OnlyFans economy, there’s Euphoria, but for a more affirming consideration, "Margo" is well worth the subscription. Go to Full Review

Between Elle Fanning, Nick Offerman, Michelle Pfeiffer, and the rest of this terrific ensemble, it’s another win for Apple, and another reminder that some of TV’s best shows are hiding in plain sight. Go to Full Review

MB C @MB.Cinema 3d "Margo’s Got Money Troubles" is a sharp, heartfelt dramedy that balances humor with the harsh realities of young motherhood. Elle Fanning delivers a standout performance, carrying a messy, deeply human character with charm and vulnerability. The series tackles themes like money, sex work, and family without judgment or preachiness. Its biggest strength lies in its honesty, especially in portraying post-partum struggles and financial pressure. Some plot turns feel a bit too convenient, particularly Margo’s rapid success online. Still, it’s a warm, funny, and refreshingly real story about survival, identity, and growing up fast. See more Stacy V @Stacie730 3d Atypical, non message bashing stuff from Apple/whomever and very funny in places with plenty of warmth. It should please both genders because it doesn't get wrapped up in a sex/gender war but plays for sheer effect of Margo's situation, her warmth of spirit and a stellar ensemble cast. See more Elizabete D @BettyDavis Jul 31 Margo's Got Money Trouble celebrates irresponsibility instead of showing meaningful growth. Margo becomes pregnant by her college professor, yet the series barely explores the consequences. Her mother acts more like an immature friend than a parent, encouraging partying instead of preparing her daughter for motherhood. Her father is a lazy addict who contributes little and faces few consequences. The show presents selling adult content online as an easy path to success while largely ignoring hard work, education, and personal responsibility. Instead of accountability, bad choices are often rewarded or excused. I don't expect perfect characters, but I do expect believable consequences and growth. This series mistakes selfishness for empowerment and shock value for good storytelling. 0/10 for its weak writing, unlikeable characters, and glorification of irresponsible behavior. See more Jerry C @bernadene Jul 31 Just binged it and love it. Elle Fanning is so great in this role. The family stuff made me cry. I can relate. See more G Y @TheG-Way Jul 27 Excellent! Brilliantly written and superb performances by Fanning (and I know I’m not her "only fan"!), Pfeiffer, and Offerman!
