Elise H 02/01/2024 This entire show is garbage. The story line is absolutely out of control, the character designs are hideous, and the characters are boring. The show has no idea what it wants to be at all. As a long time brony, this show feels like an insult. If I sound like a Karen, I'm not, I'm just trying to say that this show has no heart and soul in it. It's fugly and a mess. While animation is still suffering due to budgetary reasons it is far better than in the first season and than in the Briddlestock episode. As a series by themselves its fairly good and enjoyable, and I hope there are more seasons to come as they have proven that they can take this above and beyond and make an impact as big as G4 did. The episodes are very interesting, the dialogues work, and the characters begin to have their own characteristics. Opaline works as a villain and I appreciated that we found out things about her past and Misty is still the best character on the Show. What I would like are more episodes devoted to the overall plot instead of various little adventures that Sunny and the others do, but they are still nice. For me, it is a show that needs to be seen and I hope other MLP fans are doing so as well. See more Read all reviews
