Chasing the bad guys and filming it for television has come a long way since the debut of "Cops." TruTV takes another step in this reality TV genre with "Police POV," which provides viewers more intimate sights and sounds as law enforcement personnel patrol city streets. The truer access is accomplished with the use of an innovative camera system that attaches to an officer's ear, recording their point of view during each confrontation. It's as close as any civilian might get to walking in a cop's shoes.
