It has been over 15 years since the attacks on the twin towers on Sept. 11, 2001. "Road to 9/11" goes in-depth in this six-hour series over three nights to explain events that happened prior to the attacks. It analyzes how the United States government missed blatant signs along the way, which led to 2,977 people losing their lives in the attacks in New York, United Flight 93 crashing in Somerset, Pa., and American Airlines Flight 77 crashing into the Pentagon. Interviews with over 50 investigators and officials include detailed accounts, some of which have never been told.
