Traveling the rodeo circuit for a living is as tough as the cowgirls featured in this reality series. It follows five female barrel racers as they pack up their lives and their horses to test their skills at rodeos across the country. The ladies may be made up of equal parts rhinestones and blue jeans but, fueled by a desire to become champions, they work hard, ride fast and play tough. Of course, when everyone is chasing the same goal, there is plenty of backstabbing and drama to go around, not to mention plenty of cowboys. The women profiled are model-turned-rodeo queen Darcy "No Fear" LaPier, who was once married to actor Jean-Claude Van Damme; Marvel Murphy, a top professional since 1996; Barb West, aka "Wicked West," who is returning to competition after a two-year hiatus; Megan Etcheberry, a rookie looking for her first pro win; and Jessica Holmberg, a barrel racer since the age of 9. The cast also includes Marvel's cousin and trainer, Ty, and stunt roper Anthony Lucia.
