The show’s success lies with its cast, who provide plenty of semi-manufactured drama, yet somehow they still feel authentic. Go to Full Review

Ariana R. @Ariromero1 Sep 25 these girls are way more professional we’re dealing with not just on camera celebrities but the potential for high wall street investors looking for penthouses and gorgeous spaces and views. the designs of new york are art and out of this world, the cali selling sunset sell whats trending, these girls in new york make the trends. See more J H @RT70867204 Jun 27 I watched this series as I was sick and looking for something to binge watch while I was recovering. If you want to see high end real estate in NYC you'll get it. That said, it is the most unrealistic show and barely tolerable. The men seem to be authentic and on point, even less annoying than one would predict for that profession in NYC. But the women are on a whole other level, below the bar. Who in their right mind with the income to purchase apartments upwards of $3M into the stratosphere are going to feel they are in good and credible hands with any of those women who dress like pole dancers going out on the town? Zero class, zero taste. The one with the tattooed arm uses such improper English "me and her" I cringed every time she was on screen. The little upstart was so full of herself and combative, she ended up with the smack down on the last episode that she deserved, although that entire episode seemed so fake and staged, it was painful to tolerate it to the end. I can't see how this car wreck of classless, tasteless, women in a weekly cage fight are going to see a S2 on this one. Don't bother, fair warning. See more Karen F @foster.karen 01/24/2025 Other reviewers are missing the point. This is a drama reality binge. It’s not a serious show about real estate. Picture Selling Sunset that’s what they’re aiming for but in New York. The agents for the most part come across as more intelligent with human problems than the LA ladies and there are arguments but less juvenile for sure. Still worth a watch for beautiful apartments and brainless distraction. See more Daniel L @RT00843643 01/21/2025 The cast of this show single handedly used all the makeup in the world on their plastic faces. Nothing but another stupid fake drama wanna-be housewives show with fake people. Nothing about real estate. Don't waste your time on this crap See more The Sam F @RT40812776 01/19/2025 What happens when you gather a group of women in one office, armed with the emotional maturity of teenagers? You get Girls, Not Women—a show that promises high-stakes real estate but delivers little more than petty drama and gossip. This series barely scratches the surface of the luxury real estate world it claims to portray. Real transactions? Practically nonexistent. To be fair, there is one attempt at a deal in episode eight, but spoiler alert—it doesn’t close. That’s about as close as we get to seeing the business side of things. The only glimmer of authenticity arrives with Steve Gold, whose presence brings a breath of fresh air, likely thanks to his experience on Million Dollar Listing New York. Unfortunately, his appearances feel like a mere guest cameo, rather than a consistent influence to elevate the show. Much of the so-called "real estate" activity feels contrived, with listings that seem staged and no visible effort to engage clients. There’s an alarming absence of the essential elements of the job—no phone calls, negotiations, or real-world hustle. Instead, the series substitutes these with immature antics, endless gossip, and over-the-top drama. If you’re looking for a genuine glimpse into the real estate world, this isn’t it. Girls, Not Women is a shallow spectacle that values theatrics over professionalism, leaving viewers yearning for something more substantial. See more JULI L @RT23884842 01/03/2025 I LOVE STEVE GOLD, HE IS HANDSOME, INTELLIGENT AND MODEST! I COULDN’T EVEN GET THRU THE FIRST EPISODE. THOSE WOMEN WITH THEIR FAKE FACES AND LUDICROUS OUTFITS FOR BEING PROFESSIONAL AGENTS, IS RIDICULOUS. WHAT HAPPENED TO SHOWS LIKE MILLION DOLLAR LISTING, WHERE PEOPLE WERE GOOD LOOKING BUT NORMAL???
