It's time to raise the "steaks" in this competition series that tests the abilities of best-in-class butchers. Formatted exactly like History Channel's popular "Forged in Fire," each episode features four masters of the butchery craft who bring their sharp knives and expert skills to the table. The butchers carve their way through three rounds of painstaking challenges, revealing the fascinating secrets of the butcher's world throughout. One competitor is eliminated after each round, leaving a champion to collect the $10,000 first prize. Colby Donaldson ("Survivor," "Top Shot") hosts.
