In the magical land of Xadia, magic comes from six primal sources: the sun, moon, stars, sky, earth and ocean. When human mages create a seventh kind of magic -- dark magic -- they start capturing and harvesting the unique magical creatures they need as ingredients, which sparks a war between Xadia and the Human Kingdoms. Three kids from opposite sides of the conflict -- two princes and an elven assassin sent to kill them -- discover a secret that could change everything and decide to join forces and go on an epic journey. That trek could be their only hope of ending the war and restoring peace to both worlds.

Tygari D Sep 30 a great continuation of season one expanding on the lore and story. See more Ethan Jun 24 Should be rated 'Safe for Y7'. Mature themes, political intrigue, prose that your average preteen wouldn't comprehend...oh, and the cutest freaking dragon toddler. There are so many opportunities for this show to take the easy way out, and they duck and weave. Even made me feel bad for wishing Soren dead. Hooked now. See more Mark V. @MarkVlez Jun 22 Season two was just as good as the first one See more April A 02/18/2025 This season was so good, it had so much character growth between the main trio ezran, rayla and callum, and was so lighthearted and comforting, with also being mixed with sad and shocking themes that kept me entertained and engaged! I watched it with my sister and I'm currently on season 5 now, and this show has literally glued together my life at the moment, I'm insanely emotionally invested and I haven't been this excited over a show in a very long time. I also think that if I watched this when I was younger I'd be even more invested. This is a guaranteed rewatch many many times. I love the visuals and art, the characters and the plotline. If anyone Is looking at this review, PLEASE GO WATCH IT See more Zenda99 01/03/2025 Season 2 of The Dragon Prince uses the foundation that was laid in Season 1 to expand on the world, the characters, and their motivations. This season has some of my very favorite episodes. We also meet some great new characters! Lujanne, Aanya... just to name a few of my favorites! And we finally get to see the gang traveling WITH Zym, instead of just carrying his egg around! The way this show expertly weaves the past with the present and manages to convey how one impacts the other should be studied. Those episodes are some of my favorites! We also get some more serious action sequences this season, with legitimate consequences. Overall, this is an excellent season! See more FL Z 01/02/2025 Great follow up to season one. More hijinks yet also a lot of heart. From old cruhes falling apart to bew crushes developing, a father's last message and wish and the memories of a mother both serving to guide their sons. And of course the introduction of one of the most influential characters of the series. See more Read all reviews
