Finding "tomorrow's superstars" is the goal of this 10-episode docu-music competition. The up-and-coming artists are subjected to a development boot camp, where they are given access to top vocal coaches, trainers, choreographers, writers, producers, and glam squads to advance their careers. The final step is delivering what one of them hopes is a star-making performance in front of major label scouts. Prominent music executive Tina Davis teams with record producer Zaytoven to work with the artists.
