Members of special operations units must endure extreme training and assessment exercises in order to make it as part of the units. Tear gas, interrogation simulation and psychological warfare are some of the tests instructors use to make sure they're selecting the best men and women they can get. This series puts 30 men and women with no military background through an authentic experience, led by veterans of the Navy SEALs, Green Berets and Army Rangers. This isn't a typical competition series -- subjects are not competing with one another, and there is no cash prize at stake. It is a test against oneself to see whether one has the will and strength needed to push his or her body enough to complete the challenges.

Details Episode 5 Aired Jan 5, 2017 Pass, Quit, or Drown Instructor Bowen leads the group in a class on hand-to-hand combat before the candidates face off against each other; the group is led to a swimming pool where the Navy SEALs put the remaining candidates through the most dangerous exercise yet. Details Episode 6 Aired Jan 12, 2017 Seed of Doubt The remaining candidates go on a forced "ruck" march with 50 pounds on their backs; a poor performance by one candidate attracts special attention, while another candidate reaches his mental breaking point.
