Critic reviews for Sing Me a Song
Negan and Carl made for an intriguing odd couple in one of the season's meatiest episodes yet.
How all these come to a head next week is yet to be seen. But things don't look good for our heroes...The bad guy is in your gates already, and he's got the weakest among you sitting on his lap.
Filling more time is a burden this show really doesn't need.
Honestly, "Sing Me a Song" felt like a long-winded way to set things up for the midseason finale. While it was great to go back to multiple storylines during the hour, I wish more actually came from it all.
This was another episode that was long for no reason that felt like the writers are on full stalling mode. Maybe they need a wake up call more than Rick?
