If you ever wondered how the Pearsons spent Halloween, the Tuesday, October 31, episode of This Is Us filled you in, and spoiler alert - it's probably eerily similar to how you spent your own childhood Halloweens.
While each of the siblings in the present day have plenty of problems to deal with, in "The 20's," we see just how far they've come in the past nine years.
Not a ton happens plot-wise, which might upset some people, but filling the blanks in the Pearson family history is basically the whole point of this show. It's a long journey, people, and we have much to learn. So, the haters can stuff it!
They do, however, look like people in their late 30s/early 40s pretending to be 28, and that's the biggest thing holding this episode back from fully soaring...if you're willing to put that dress-up aside, this is yet another lovely episode.
The 20s is an uneven episode that is bogged down by its need to do things that are meant to tug at the heart.
So that's how it started!
Happy Halloween, y'all! BOY, a lot happened in this week's This Is Us episode.
Here's the thing - 20-something Kevin isn't the best version of Kevin.
But it was a moment Rebecca was dreading-and one she hoped to have with Jack at her side. In true This Is Us fashion, this conversation nearly shatters your heart.
