Grammy-winning rapper Killer Mike uses his fame to serve as an activist, hoping to bring to light and confront important social issues, especially those that impact the black community. On "Trigger Warning," Killer Mike -- whose real name is Michael Render -- examines cultural taboos and allows viewers to examine the "what ifs" and "why nots" that limit how people operate in the world. The show explores the human condition using nontraditional approaches, some of which not everyone will agree with. Killer Mike describes the show as "if an anarchist determined the status quo."

09/20/2020 Killer Mike could come across as confrontational at times but it makes what he was trying to do all the more powerful and relevant - loved some of the theories he tried to present particularly the soda episode See more 07/27/2020 Killer Mike takes a true fact and exponentially builds on it using satire and comedy in order to make something both hilarious, shocking and meaningful. Worth watching. See more 06/26/2020 I like Killer Mike and it's great to see issues of inequality being addressed in innovative ways. But some of this I find questionable at best. Going into a school with very young kids, asking what they want to be when they grow up, and when a little black boy says he wants to be president, telling him he's not going to be president and instead teaching them how to unclog a sink. Really?? OK it's great to have practical skills and the motivation is clear, but to squash a young boy's dream like that? He's going to remember that moment all his life probably. Vocational training is great. But first, teach kids how to think, allow them to find out who they ARE, and let them make their own decisions about what they want to DO much later. Teaching children they can't have dreams and skills to know how to build and support themselves and their families. In addition to that he wants to bring porn to the educational system!!!!
