Carolyn Manno
Sports journalist Carolyn Manno was born on July 16, 1984, in Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida, she began her career in Indiana covering the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the Chicago Bears, White Sox and Cubs, the Indianapolis Colts and the Indy 500. She earned multiple awards from the Associated Press in her time there, including an Edward R. Murrow Award for Sports Journalism. She worked for Comcast SportsNet New England, also contributing to CSNNE.com, and covering franchises like the New England Patriots, the Boston Bruins and the Boston Celtics. In 2009 she joined the NBC Sports Group, working as a reporter, anchor and host. In 2013 she joined NBC and NBCSN. She's been a reporter at the Super Bowl, Triple Crown horse racing, college basketball, cycling, and the Dew Tour coverage of extreme sports. At the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games she covered freestyle skiing, and in February 2018 she served as a studio host at the Olympic Games in PyeongChang, South Korea. A month later she performed the same role at the Paralympic Games in PyeongChang.
