Evan Dando brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Early in his entertainment career, Dando's music was featured in the Arye Gross comedy "A Matter of Degrees" (1991), "Seven Deadly Sins: An MTV News Special Report" (MTV, 1992-93) and "Amongst Friends" (1993). His music was also used in "Empire Records" (1995) with Anthony LaPaglia, the Cameron Diaz blockbuster comedy "There's Something About Mary" (1998) and the Angelina Jolie action film "Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life" (2003). His work was also in the Jennifer Garner dramedy "Catch and Release" (2007). Dando's music was most recently featured in the dramatic comedy "Young Adult" (2011) with Charlize Theron.
