It carries the energy of an early film born from a movement with genuinely good intentions, and that honesty can be felt in every scene. The story and performances are extraordinary, delivered with a naturalism that makes everything feel real and deeply human. Despite the absence of a musical score, you never miss it; the film maintains a compelling rhythm that carries you from beginning to end. We need more films like this not necessarily bound by the Dogme 95 manifesto, but committed to the same simplicity, authenticity, and faith in the power of strong storytelling and great performances.
