There's something funny and original here, but the set piece story beats are over the top and too much. Film is incoherent at times and is easily identifiable as a SNL skit transitioned to film. This is best enjoyed as a guilty pleasure and not critiquing it. It has a lot of strong comedians in the cast, essentially paving the way for their future. I suspect this will have gained some sort of cult gatherers since it's timely flop at the box office. Funny film that passes the time, but just not solid enough or quirky enough to be called a genuine cult gem. 23/12/2019
The jokes were OK, but it didn't have the satire it needed.
People need to lighten up on this flick. Its good fun based on an SNL sketch. Were you expecting high art??
This movie is funny i love it my kids love it
Almost ridiculously funny but the daughter does not behave nor act like the original character by Laraine Newman, though Laraine only appears in the last scenes which is odd.
A really funny Sci-Fi film about a family of 3 aliens trying to adapt on earth.
I absolutely loved it. It was quite funny and the alien concept was amazing.
Classic!! So funny and over the top!! Love the Coneheads!!
Wish there was a sequel
This film needs to be rescored by everybody who just dont get low key humour. Yes its a poor main story but its just a bit of a laugh at humanity.
