Is a magnificent movie, this could be the first African movie, wonderful characters and incredible season characters
Please donï¿ 1/2 1/2(TM)t watch this worst animated movie ever
I caught this on Netflix and found it quite entertaining. It follows the hero's journey to a tee has a fantastic cast and a great soundtrack. While this is no Lion King it is still a fantastic movie not just by South African standards but by global standards.
meh.... cute meerkats though!
The voice actors cast is extraordinary. There are jokes that kids would appreciate and most importantly understand. The animations don't have to be made always for adults. This movie is a great combination of both.
A stupid ripoff of Madagascar
Very good technically and nothing else...
A lot of good ideas are thrown in there, but they never really come together story-wise. The art is gorgeous, with plenty of quirky character designs and beautiful scenery that easily compensate for the occasional stiffness. The voice cast does an amazing job and provides a few laughs along the way.
What it lacks in originality it makes up for in brilliant animation quality, good characters, and top-notch voice acting.
Decent animation with good voice cast is wasted on a flat story line and dull dialogues. Kids should enjoy the Animals but adults will get bored pretty fast.
