Sue (Jennifer Aniston), a workaholic, is a traveling saleswoman peddling cheap art to motels. On one of her stops she meets Mike (Steve Zahn), a lonely motel manager who still lives with his parents. Though Mike hardly dares hope his clumsy attempts to seduce Sue will work, she unexpectedly responds, and the pair have a one-night stand. After Sue leaves the next day, Mike decides to pursue her, setting off a chain of events that will alter both their lives forever.

Despite the obvious Norman Bates-ish resemblance, Zahn is clearly supposed to be dishy. The Zahn/Aniston pairing is without chemistry and there frankly isn't a spark of real life in the whole film.

Despite it's unrealistic and somewhat questionable premise for love, Management is a cutesy, hopeful, romantic tale with a performance by Steve Zahn that takes him to a new level of performance and entertainment - a leading man.

Playwright-screenwriter Stephen Belber, making his directorial debut, has made a film that's very funny because, despite the slapstick of Mr. Harrelson's character and an ill-advised detour into a monastery, it can be so real.

A completely uproarious one-liner about Joe Strummer is still no reason to watch "Management." Had it stuck with insights on loners inadvertently backing themselves into emotional corners, rather than going for wackiness, it might have worked.

A really good movie! An odd love story that is believable due to the acting of Steve Zahn and Jennifer Aniston. The story that changes the viewers sympathy from one character to another due to the psychological layers developed therein. It is a feel good story about understanding and acceptance of people each fighting a unique battle within themselves. But also very funny!

An Endearing sleeper. Zahn and Aniston put in really good performances. Zahn had to make a character that follows/ stalks Aniston around the country romantic rather than creepy and be pulls it off. He's lovable and you root for him. Aniston is great in everything. It had really interesting conversations on love. Security or following your heart. The convent was a needless detour but it had a lovely ending, perfectly imperfect how they get together in the end. Definitely worth a watch.
