Jack K @RT97598417 Jun 2 Not every movie has to be perfect and clever. Sometimes a textural more realist portrayal of life is just what I need. I personally love 90’s standards and aesthetics and appreciate a slower pace sometimes. In fact I think it might be one of my favourite movies of all time. Not trying to prove anything, not trying to keep your attention with cheap tricks at every turn.. just exploring an interesting concept in a visually interesting way. Themes of trust, love, mourning enough to keep me perfectly satisfied throughout. Dave Grusin score delightfully easy and consistent. Not trying to prove anything either!
