Great series, great rhythm, interesting and deep characters, all facing a century old struggle that unfortunately is still pretty actual. A must see !

Pretty contrived, predictable, and over the top. I lasted about 20 minutes then shut it off. Netflix has been viewing some real stinkers lately. Trying to save a buck, I suppose.. Don't bother

Have just finished binged watched this series only now to find that the series was cancelled - great dissapointment. The series showed so much promise for a dramatic series

Loved it! Excellent cinematography, casting, and setting. Was stunned when i saw season 2 was cancelled due to low american interest. Europe might be a better market for period thriller dramas spiced with history.

This was a great series. There are however, too many things left unsaid. There needs to be another season to resolve all of the issues.

Absolute must watch! Thoroughly exciting, fulfilling and tremendously inspirational. I really do hope Netflix reviews its decision to cancel the series, renewing it for a second season.

First off, let me say this was the FIRST series I've ever binged without deviating (and that's saying something considering I've been streaming for almost 4 YEARS now, so my options are pretty endless). I LOVE historical dramas, be it The Lost Kingdom, Marco Polo, The Crown, Hell on Wheels, Frontier, The Tudors, Vikings, The Peaky Blinders, Godless, (I could go on and on) to THIS little gem called Damnation. This series has a raw feel that grabs you from its first episode and won't let you go. I was incredibly dismayed that it was canceled after its debut season, completely shocked. The character dynamics fueled by the political backdrop engulfed by the heart and soul of the story that is Seth and Creely is a tale the should and MUST continue! Bravo to all cast and crew involved-RARELY does a series strike so deeply!
