Fashion editor, media consultant and entrepreneur Tai Beauchamp celebrates women's inner and outer beauty by guiding them through head-to-toe makeovers. The journey begins in each episode after Tai meets two fashion-failing ladies who have dramatically different styles. Opposites attract, however, when the participants are told they have to swap wardrobes for a day. The dare results in obvious changes to outward appearances but also to inner senses of self, helping the ladies to leave their comfort zones and prepare for head-to-toe transformations.
