The action is ultra violent and gritty, and well choreographed. Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onafrio, and everyone else is great. But, overall, I give Daredevil Season 3 a A+ or a 10/10. See more SnEaKy @basaro_o Feb 15 Season 3 was very solid. I loved seeing Dex’s backstory and how obsessed he was with Julie, it really highlights how unstable he is and allows Fisk to manipulate him. One thing I didn’t like, though, was the FBI allowing Fisk to live in a luxury penthouse. Sure, he was giving them valuable information, but it feels unrealistic that this would be approved at higher levels, especially by agents who weren’t corrupt. It almost feels like a taunt to the people of Hell’s Kitchen, that a criminal like him gets to live in comfort after everything he’s done. That said, I understand he was a high-value asset who required serious protection from rival gangs. I also liked how he manipulated the situation by staging the prison stabbing to justify his transfer, that was very in character for Fisk. We also see Matt not being himself after the traumatic events of The Defenders and having to recover to keep being the hero that he was destined to be. I'd give this season a 8,5/10. Very solid season. See more Kuro13 K @KuroKaen Feb 13 While bringing back Kingpin helped, I cannot even begin to describe how much Bullseye's introduction to the series propelled this show to new heights. Alongside that, Matt's character takes a dive back into his roots, showing just how complicated his life and family was, and diving deep into how dark and complicated his mental struggles really are. His relationship rage towards Kingpin, his complicated chemistry with Foggy and Karen, the struggles Foggy and Karen go through because of Kingpin's control, and just how scary and threatening Bullseye is in this series gives us, in my opinion, the BEST superhero media ive ever seen. The theme of Fisk being too powerful and too rich to stop very much lends itself to reality, and Daredevil being pushed to his limit is such a good plot point and goes to show how so many of us want to stop this endless corruption in our society but feel powerless against it.
