Following the ratings trail blazed by the Detroit-based pawn-shop reality show "Hardcore Pawn" -- truTV's most popular series and one of cable's biggest draws -- is "Hardcore Pawn: Chicago." It captures the daily operations at Royal Pawn Shop, one of the Windy City's largest and oldest establishments in the pawn and gold-buying business. Owners and operators Randy and Wayne Cohen rarely see eye to eye, except when it comes to making money and relentlessly haggling with the eccentric clientele who walk into their shop.
