Mike P @RT09890132 03/01/2025 I love this show; and it's considered one of the four points or the compass in terms of the development of Anime; or maybe one of The Jackson 5...Or The 5 Pillars of Islam...Etc..The others of course being Ghibli-Miyazaki; Shinkai; Gatchaman and Sailor Moon...This epic battle between the Zeons and the Earth Federation makes no attempt to be mainstream or accessable to the masses; it stays proudly steeped in the Weeds; and it's proudly Inside Baseball; for sci-fi geeks. And that's why I love it.
