It's a completely different show. The Romance is almost entirely gone. Replaced with long, unbearable scenes centered on the personal struggles of cosplaying. Why? I've been bamboozled into watching 11 and 1/2 episodes of something I couldn't care less about. If you like this show, skip season 2, it adds absolutely nothing to the plot of season 1 and will likely put you off if that's what you're looking for more of. Crazy. T @RT38553850 Aug 26 The only thing good about this show anymore is the ending theme, and it's partly because it signals that my suffering is over. The main characters feel like guest stars on their own show, and now the show is now just a hobby anime where they discuss cosplay technicals and LINE CAPS. What happened?? Season 1 was steamy AF. Season 2? A socially responsible version of Friends where Ross and Rachel barely interact. Also the HS arc bored me to tears.
