"Our Unwritten Seoul" presents everyday choices that may seem too much to bear, but also offers the kind of realistic hope that’s better than a pat, happy ending. Go to Full Review

Rather than a story about living as someone else, this was a drama about understanding other people’s circumstances and learning how to embrace what you already have. Go to Full Review

Bo-young drives the show with a powerful maturity that radiates throughout, as she handles two completely different characters. It’s her show entirely, and as always, she knows where to twist the knife and where to heal you. Go to Full Review

Bianca L @RT77783551 Feb 21 You can't binge watch this - it'd absolutely dehydrate you. A tear-jerker at every turn, just when you think they're done milking your feelings, another plot point appears that tugs at your heartstrings from deep down. Be it your own past regrets, similar experiences, or commiseration; this drama has a way of invoking your empathy in its lessons about real life struggles. It was as moving as it was beautiful, and it healed me in some ways I didn't know were broken. See more Tokki S @allandbeyond Dec 15 "Our Unwritten Seoul" isn’t just a typical ‘twins exchanging lives’ drama. It thoughtfully explores the different struggles and experiences each character goes through. The dialogue often feels like a light bulb moment, lines that make you realize things you may have left behind or forgotten about. Every character in this drama is well developed. They all matter, and there isn’t a single filler character. Park Bo-young is exceptional here, she always is, but taking on such a challenging dual role really highlights her skill. She makes the twins completely distinguishable: their traits, the way they look at people, the way they cry. It’s genuinely impressive. Overall, this is such a strong drama. Some may find it slow or boring because it’s not the kind of show they usually go for, but for me, it easily earned a spot among my all-time favorite K-dramas. Give it some love. If you enjoy slice-of-life stories with a bit of emotional scenes and of coures romance, this one’s for you. See more Read all reviews
