In a competition designed to honor America's armed forces, eight celebrities -- including actor Dean Cain, TV personality Nick Lachey and "The Biggest Loser" trainer Dolvett Quince -- gather at a secret training facility where they learn to execute complicated missions based on real military exercises. The stars are tested mentally, physically and emotionally in the face of helicopter drops and firearms training, and they gain an appreciation for what those who join the military deal with on a regular basis. Retired Gen. Wesley Clark and Samantha Harris host.
