Brash, Southern 20-something Georgia Chamberlin is an aspiring actress with a larger-than-life personality. To pursue her dream of becoming a famous actress, Georgia moves to New York with her science-geek best friend, Jo, who dreams of getting into the physics department of a top-tier university. Georgia's Aunt Honey allows the young women to rent the downstairs portion of her lavish apartment while they're pursuing their dreams in the Big Apple. Honey helps Georgia and Jo stay on track while in the city.
