On HGTV's "Get It Sold" and "Real Estate Intervention," designer Sabrina Soto uses her home-staging skills to expedite property sales. On "The High Low Project," Soto demonstrates a slightly different take on the staging process. First, she creates a homeowner's dream room with high-end furniture, wall coverings and window treatments, then replaces each item with budget-friendly replicates. When the final change is made, the family discovers that living in luxury and loving the price tag aren't mutually exclusive.
