Will returns from the Virgin Islands to find that Grace has found a new confidant in Jack. Meanwhile, Karen frames Rosario.
Will's apartment becomes a sassy snakepit after a break-in at Grace's place drives her to move in with him and Jack. Meanwhile, a feuding Jack and Karen kvetch and make up.
Karen fears losing her cushy position as Stan's trophy wife; Will and Jack are stunned when their favorite party-boy couple become dads.
At Grace's interior-design firm, an impressionable new intern (Natasha Lyonne) causes chaos by emulating Karen. Meanwhile, Will and Jack muck up a gay-sensitivity seminar for local cops.
To save his failing cabaret act, Jack unsheathes his claws and writes nasty new material based on Will's private life; Ben resists Grace's attempt to dump him.
A Cyrano de Bergerac-style plot has Jack borrowing Will's words to impress a crush (Patrick Dempsey), while an ex (Jeremy Piven) asks an amazed Grace to join him in a threesome with his new lover (Maria Pitillo).
Jack meets his icon, Cher, who has a cameo. Meanwhile, for Will's birthday, Grace sends him to a psychic (Camryn Manheim), whose prediction is more of a curse than a gift. And Karen frowns on Grace's new employee at the design firm.
Will and Grace flash back to Thanksgiving 1985 when she fell in love with him---and he came out of the closet.
The conclusion of a flashback to a memorable Thanksgiving in 1985 reveals how Will and Jack became pals; and how Karen ended up with hubby Stan.
Will and Jack do battle over the same lover (Paul Fitzgerald), while a freaked-out Grace learns she has a six-toe beau (Ken Marino).
