Fassbinder, diving into sci-fi for the first and only time, sustains a sense of mounting paranoia over the film's languid running time. Go to Full Review

We've had a lot of films dealing with similar concepts since, but few have truly engaged with the subject with such philosophical weight. Also, particularly for a TV movie, it looks amazing. Go to Full Review

Leaburn O @RT35452347 11/12/2024 This is an amazing piece of TV, so far ahead of its time from a sci fi perspective. It is really well made and covers the topic of simulation theory in impressive detail. Kind of freaks me out as I’m an advocate of the theory. Really blessed that the show was remastered and rereleased on DVD. I’m lucky enough to have a copy. It’s rare to find TV this good. Usually this kind of work is reserved for elite film making.
