Damian Lillard
Damian Lillard was born July 15, 1990. He had clear basketball skills from an early age and played at the varsity level as a freshman in high school. He went on to play at Weber State and led the team to the conference championship. Lillard was then drafted by Portland Trail Blazers and was awarded the NBA Rookie of the Year Award, breaking impressive records along the way. In 2022, Lillard was out for 47 games due to surgery and recovery time. He came back strong and was named Player of the Week for the 14th time in his career. In 2023, Lillard was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks. After a strong start with the Bucks, Lillard suffered an Achilles injury and shortly thereafter, deep vein thrombosis, ruling him out indefinitely. A month later he returned to the court only to suffer a torn Achilles tendon.
