Roger is too neat for a gold miner, but perfect as a ladies' man, though he seems not to enjoy kissing. What is a boring and static yarn really takes off in the last half hour with a brilliant staging of the gold mine inundation. Moore always played the drama very well while also getting the chance to indulge in his playboy persona.
