It kept me guessing throughout the movie who the real killer was. ok movie
Film similar to "Memento". Acting was subpar and the plot lacked excitement.
This is a low-budget reproduction of the basic premise of "Momento", with a shittier storyline, less compelling characters, and horrendous dialogues.
Lou Diamond Phillips plays Frank Hill - a man who wakes up in tied upside down in a tree and is full of blood. When he gets himself down from the tree, he can't remember who he is, and how he got there. Another man named Andy, comes along with a gun and demands that him and Frank go back to a cabin. Along the way, Frank has flash backs and remembers that murder took place there. Did Frank commit these murders or did Andy? This movie kept me guessing and really liked the way it ended.
Not well done. Good premise of a man waking hung from a tree, bleeding with no memory of what happened. But the trip through the woods with his memory slowly being restored, while being led by someone he is not sure whether to trust or not leaves much to be desired.
Not as good as "Eagle Eye," "Vacancy," or "Disturbia," but still a decent thriller
i only saw the last 5 minutes and first 5 minutes. not enough to warrant a true rating.but enough to warrant a "what the crap was this" comment from me.
I only wanted to see this because of Sarah Manninen, but sadly, her talents are wasted in this flick. Lou does great at playing characters like this, so that was good. But the movie, though only 90 minutes, still drags. Not enough happens during the first half, and very little suspense is built up. The second half is better, although I felt Lou figured things out too soon. I wanted more ambiguity. It was okay.
kind of intriguing low budget mystery. an interesting script, that doesn't feel totally fleshed out till it's over. lou diamond phillips isn't too bad in this flick either
