The most interesting thing about this clunky, foolish horror flick -- in which everybody but the audience is constantly caught off-guard -- is Berry's scrappy wig.

Grisly, disturbing, extremely violent horror film.

Lights flashing on and off are not scary. Overweight cops with sexual problems are not scary. Both together? Not scary. Or even mildly entertaining.
