I loved the movie. I was fresh out of high school when it premiered. Just the other day I showed it too my daughter. She loved it. She also downloaded Heart of Love from the soundtrack. That song is so beautiful. By the way I read some reviews where the timing was not right for viewers. Since Bobby was dressed for the 50. However. The plot was from the 60s. also he was not on the purgatory train for 20 years as some critics say. It was 16. Since his son Lennie was in high school and just Bought his first car. Any moron can figure that out. Anyway. I thought it was a cute teen movie.
It's your classic 80s Teen Movie. I myself grew up in the eighties and nineties and had the privilege of watching all of these great cult classic movies. I would definitely recommend this movie for any 80s fan. As for some of these "critics", they wouldn't know a decent movie if it bit them in the ass
I remember watching this movie as a kid and I just discovered it on Amazon Prime. Seeing it again brought back a bunch of wonderful memories.
Anyone with REAL HEART could relate to this movie, (Lewis Smith) as Bobby Fontana has a place in history his performance was spot on and truly Inspiring. Love everything about this film.
Fun movie from childhood. Taking off the Rose colored glasses. No it is not an Oscar's film. And the effects DO NOT hold up. But in the end. It is a fun movie from the past
Love this movie. Has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid.
I really liked this movie when I was younger.
a gem. I honestly don't know why people have rated this movie so badly. probably all boring people that only watch one genre yaaaawn
Dorky teen is given a guardian angel who transforms him into a cool dude. Oh and the angel is from the 1950s
Yes, it's predictable but I really liked it.
