Very low budget and it shows but it's not too awful. Tries too hard to be a Tarantino film (very obvious at the opening) but fails miserably.
Hilarious, bad and inept Tarantino rip-off, with Mickey Rourke as a cop looking a mix between stoned and drunk, stalking after ex-con Leet who accidently murdered his wife. Leet gets involved with whacko Bojesse and his girlfriend and their problems, leading to murder, and wacky tragedy. Leet and Bojesse contribute horrible performances. Leet tries to pretend to be Clint Eastwood, While Bojesse acts annoying like Mathew Lillard annoying and Uncle Phil shows up for one scene to chew out Rourke. The movie is oddly compelling and hilarious at the same time, as a poor rip-off of Tarantino's style late in the game.
This is the WORST MOVIE EVER.
