After growing up in the restaurant business, comedian Courtney Rada discovered her love for meat, and now she's on a mission to find America's favorite carnivorous recipes. Viewers join Courtney each week as she meets up with local ranchers, farmers, butchers, and cooks to learn just what goes into making each meaty morsel so delectable. From classic Texas barbeque to Indian-inspired dishes in Tennessee and flambéed duck in New York City, Courtney will sink her teeth into some of the best dishes around the country.
