Robin C Mar 7 Watched the first few episodes, it's all just about Chanel, any successful show, has several characters that you get to know and like ??? I think they missed it when they thought Chanel had enough drawing power on her own. But those who love her don't worry, Paramount is going to let her do a couple more shows. I think they'll have the same result as the West Coast hustle. The only thing I cannot understand, how you could walk away from 140,000 per half hour episode is amazing to me, even more amazing they thought Chanel had this super drawing power, which she doesn't. See more Mike B 10/16/2024 Ridiculousness is one of my goto shows. Loved her on the show from the beginning, seeing her evolve as she got older. I agree with the other positive reviews that she is a very hard worker and deserves everything she has accomplished. She definitely deserves a break in the music industry as she hustles her ass off and does have some good music compared to some of the crap that is out there today. It was great to see a different side of her in real life situations with her family and how she juggles it all, again a true hustler. Her boyfriend looks like because they have a baby he's trapped with her now. She doesn't know how to write rap lyrics, not sure she can even write. Her performance is horrible. Her "concert" they showed on the show was laughable. Perhaps pathetic is the right word. She is so amateuristic, I have absolutely no idea why she left a Golden Goose show to follow this dream (or nightmare if you will). Really couldn't care less about her baby on the show. I mean, really, who cares? Her chalkboard scratch of a laugh sounds like Flipper the dolphin. You will take years off your life watching the show. She's not very likable, in fact, she's irritating. She couldn't write a rap lyric if her life depended on it. MTV, I beg you, for the love of God, cancel this now so I don't have to see commercials promoting it any longer. Put her and the show out of its misery.
