It's all in the family at Diane & Co., an upscale fashion boutique featuring extravagant women's formal wear in central New Jersey. Diane Scali's eldest daughter Kimberly is her right hand, and her keen business sense complements younger daughter Christina's fairy-tale aspirations. Diane's husband, Sal, provides a sounding board, and her son Anthony, while working at his own party planning business, frequently takes his older sisters under his wing. But working with family can prove challenging, as members of the Scali family can attest.
