The difficult task of improving Paradise falls on the shoulders of David and Chenoa Rivera. The couple combine their skills as real estate investors and home renovators to rehab outdated properties in Paradise, Calif. This series follows the Riveras as they purchase rundown bungalows, vacation rentals and cabins near Northern California's idyllic Sierra Nevada Mountains, transform them while incorporating innovative, nature-inspired designs, and sell them to families seeking small-town living. David takes charge of the construction side of the projects, while Chenoa, who is a design enthusiast and real-estate agent, handles the decor and sale of each property.
