I'm honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed "City of Lost Children." A James-centric episode was the last thing I wanted after this scattered season, but this ended up being one of the season's most coherent hours. Go to Full Review

The Guardian storyline, though, overall was pretty solid. While there are scientific rules in place (every time the portal is activated, the Phorians are taken over), Supergirl emphasizes the power of personal connection. Go to Full Review
