On "The Monroes," the most they can muster is a dusty sex-and-spy scandal, a flash of male skin to rival "NYPD Blue," a few dangerous liaisons and a flatulent dog. Even I wouldn't dismiss this series as that last phrase, but exciting it's not. Go to Full Review
