Mitchee has the intelligence and the determination of a successful businesswoman. Her twin sister, Farrah, is a stunningly perfect lingerie model. Mitchee and Farrah are about to inherit their parents' undergarment business, which gained renown for form-fitting inventions that make every woman look and feel like a goddess. These anything-but-identical twins are true reflections of their parents. Mitchee takes after their father, Alan, a brilliant designer who built the company up from nothing, while Farrah is the image of their mother, Lee, a beautiful former lingerie model who is not a deep thinker. There are loyal staff members, especially the flamboyant Neil and hot new marketing exec Jordan. With Mitchee and Farrah in charge, this business -- and this family -- are going to need a lot of support.

Critics Consensus

Twins takes its uninspired premise and drags it to equally unfunny lows.

It's enough to frighten you into seeking the comforts of a "Married... With Children" rerun. Go to Full Review
Brian Lowry Variety 10/02/2019
Despite [Sara] Gilbert's "Roseanne"-honed skill of delivering a tart zinger and [Melanie] Griffith's game willingness to dive into full "Born Yesterday" mode, there's a limpness about the premise. Go to Full Review
Tom Shales Washington Post 10/02/2019
Many of the jokes on the premiere involve repetition of the term "butt pucker," the name given a new style of undergarment -- but lame as that sounds, there's still a spark of life here, and a gaggle of formidable females to fan the flame. Go to Full Review

The entire cast can console themselves that not many people will see them humiliate themselves -- at least not more than once. Go to Full Review

This WB sitcom is actually pretty funny. Go to Full Review

It has some good lines and follows a hit, but it commits the twin sins of being predictable and silly. Go to Full Review
